Eye Level Art will open its doors on August 18 to screen Spies Like Us on the back lawn at the 103 gallery on Spring St. Spies Like Us stars John Landis, Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd as three government workers who think they are spies, and chaos–and possible nuclear war–ensues.
Doors to the gallery will open at 8:00 that evening with the movie starting at nightfall. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets and spread out on the back lawn. Beer, wine and food will be sold. Guests may also bring their own beer and wine for a $5 corking fee.
Tickets will sell for $5 and are available the night of the event or by calling Eye Level Art at 843-425-3576 for group ticket orders.

Last night’s movie was so much fun. Jessica and Chris met me on the lawn at about 8:15 with wine and sushi. A laid back crowd of around 25 movie enthusiasts enjoyed cool beverages and breezes and laughed heartily at the timeless antics of Chase and Aykroyd. Only about half the viewers had seen the film before. A good time was had by all.
