Head Turner in the Neck

One of my favorite local artists was spotted today painting the side of a building. The building location is Spruill Ave. I've been watching this area as it's potential to become a hot spot for Charleston Investors grows. This scene is just another reminder that the Southern Tip of North Charleston is red hot for real estate purchasing.
